Swing / Rat Pack / Jazz ~ Jazz ~ HB Trio

The HB trio is comprised of three professional jazz musicians from the north west of England. They have been playing together for seven years and between them have over 35 years experience performing music for a variety of different venues and occasions. The band was originally formed in 1999 as the resident house trio for ‘the Lowry hotel’, Manchester. After two years they left to join ‘the midland hotel’, Manchester, performing in ‘nico central’, one of the midland’s restaurants, where they remained house band for three years. During the period since 1999 they have played countless gigs at functions, events, venues and festivals throughout the UK. The band line up can include any combination of instruments from piano, bass, sax, drums, trumpet, guitar and vocals in duo, trio, quartet and quintet form.
